The Ambush: A Story in Pictures

One day, Bippity and Boo were wrestling 

when Bippity gets an idea.

"Do you give up, Bippity?" Boo pins Bippity in the nesting box. 

(Just a little of Boppity is seen to the right.)

"I have an idea!" Bippity thinks to himself.
"Okay, Boo, you win," he says to his sister. 

Then Bippity shares his plan with Boppity, his brother.

"Okay, you grab her tail and I'll jump on her back." 

Bippity plans an ambush on Callie with his brother, Boppity. 

"Do you really think it will work?"
Boppity asks Bippity.

"Sure!" says Bippity, "We've all had practice 

and we can just gang up on her!" 

"Okay..." says Boppity hesitantly. 

Unfortunately, Callie was
ready and much faster!

"Run, Boppity! You can rescue me later!" Bippity wrestles 

with momma Callie after a foiled attempt at an ambush.

Boppity gets away just in time. Bippity is forced to endure

a light thrashing complete with cleaning from his mother.

"See what you get! I'll lick you silly!" says Callie.

Bippity endures the harsh punishment from Callie while Boo looks on. 

"I told you guys," Boo says.
"We're still not strong enough,
even when we team up!"
